Germán Quiroga Takes to the Track this Week in Phoenix: Looking Forward to Third Time being a Charm

NET10Wireless® Tundra driver Germán Quiroga is back with a vengeance this week after a challenging race at Texas Motor Speedway and the WinStar Work Casino 350 last week as part of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

Quiroga’s day in Texas ended earlier than planned when engine troubles forced him to the pits after just 64 of the race’s 147 laps.

"I was really hoping that we would be able to post another top-10 finish for everyone on this team that has been working hard and for our sponsor, NET10 Wireless," said Quiroga, who was making his fourth career Series start. "We didn't qualify as well as we needed to, but I was starting to get a feel for the track as the race went along and I think we would have continued to pass some trucks and move forward in the second half of the race. I'm looking forward to a quick turnaround and getting right back on the track next week in Phoenix."
On Friday, November 9th, 32-year old Quiroga will get behind the wheel of the NET10 Wireless Tundra for his third start of 2012 when NASCAR's third division returns to action for the Lucas Oil 150 at Phoenix International Raceway. The race begins at 8 p.m. ET, with SPEED's live coverage commencing with the NCWTS Setup Show at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Tune into the race and cheer him on at Phoenix. ¡Vámonos, Germán!
