this phone is ok but i cant put up a facebook app. call costumer service and they were no help at all so i give this phone a rate of 0 stars because u cant put up any apps. unless u pay for them.
ANDROID and NET10/ TRAC PHONESI have been using a Net10 phone for about 1 year and liked the cheaper rates. The one thing I dislike is my phone drops calls more than I like.L looked into the new Android and was told that it was available in my area and paid $149.95 at Radio Shack and have had trouble with it ever since I bought it. It operates on a 3G network and I have yet to be able to make or send calls in certain areas of where I live in North/Central Kentucky. I will only get 1-3 bars on my phone and then 35% of the time it drops my call. When you buy air time that is another problem. I found that when calling to add airtime I an speaking to people from Ghana South Africa, or South America and for the most part the service reps are incompetent and don't have the Android experience to add the airtime. For example two days ago it took being on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to add a unlimited time card at $50.00 and earlier that day I had been on the phone from my home with tech support and 4 times within 12 minutes and I finally went back to Radio Shack and ask for my money back to hear all sales are final. Needless to say I recommend to anyone that you do your homework and research the area that you live in before getting into there service. If you live in an area that has several cell towers and the towers have contracts with Net10 and Trac phone companies I guess they would work for you. I am stuck with there service for now as I can't afford to buy a Android from more reputable Cell services and I will not get into a contract with the bigger companies either.

WORST PHONE COMPANY EVER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE AND THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING I CAN NEVER GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER. AND THEY ALWAYS ASK FOR MY SERIAL NUMBER LIKE I AM SUPPOSED TO REMEMBER A 16 DIGIT NUMBER.IF I NEW THEY WERE THIS BAD I WOULD HAVE NEVER GOT THIS PHONE.IF IT DOESNT IMPROVE IM SWITCHING TO METRO PCS
